The Versicherungsombudsmann e.V. *

(Insurance Ombudsman)

handles complaints against its members resulting from an insurance contract or an insurance intermediation.

Binding decisions: Proposals of the ADR body bind companies provided that the claim value does not exceed 10.000 Euro. They are not binding for consumers.
