General Consumer Conciliation Bodies
All General Consumer Conciliation Bodies provide assistance if there is no specialised Consumer Conciliation Body in Germany. This is the case, for example, for disputes with retailers, car rental companies and water suppliers.
Excluded are
- non-economic services of general interest
- health services
- public university education and trainings
- disputes concerning labor law

Practical tip: Contact the General Consumer Conciliation Body in case you are unsure whether it can handle your dispute. If it cannot handle your complaint, it will refer you to the right ADR body.

(The Extrajudicial Dispute Settlement Body for Consumers and Entrepreneurs e.V.)
