Contact the airline: Complaint forms at a glance

Many airlines offer online contact forms that you can use to get in touch with them if you have a problem. This allows you to claim compensation in the event of a delay, cancellation or loss of baggage.

Here you can find an overview of the contact forms of the main European airlines such as Lufthansa, Air France, Ryanair and others.

A tip

Take a screenshot before submitting your complaint. This will give you proof later. Not all airlines automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt.
