Personalized consultations

From 2nd June 2020 we will re-start our personalized consultations. In order to organize them, it is crucial to make an appointment in advance.

You can take part in personalized consultations from Tuesday to Thursday. Please send an email to: providing us with the following data:

- surname, first name

- phone number, preferably landline connection

- topic of your enquiry

We will contact you by phone in order to fix date and time.

Please feel free to attach relevant documents to this mail. This enables us to check the context prior to our meeting. Furthermore, you can contact our lawyers using the online form.

The European Consumer Centre Germany takes part in the battle against COVID-19. We will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service.

Help and advice for consumers – for more than 15 years

The European Consumer Centre (ECC) Germany is the first contact point for all German consumers with cross-border issues and also for foreign consumers living in Germany. In case of difficulties with a trader based in another EU country, Norway or Iceland we will help you free of charge if you cannot solve the problem on your own.

Furthermore, our lawyers are at your disposal to inform you about your consumer rights in general, for example regarding your air passenger rights while traveling abroad, your rights while shopping online or in the case of a medical emergency treatment in another EU country.
