Alternative Dispute Resolution in Europe

Are you having problems with a trader from another EU member state? By contacting an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, consumers can settle their disputes with traders amicably, fast and mostly free of charge.

We put together the most important information on how an ADR procedure works and we offer you a list with all the ADR bodies in Germany as well as ADR bodies in Europe.

The European Consumer Centre Germany is the German contact point for conciliation in Europe.

We help consumers residing in Germany with cross-border queries to find the right ADR body in any other EU member state as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
