The European Consumer Centre Germany is the National Contact Point for the ODR Platform of the EU Commission and helps consumers to find the right ADR body in any EU member state as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

The European Online Dispute Resolution Platform provides central access to all ADR bodies in Europe. The national contact point assists consumers who wish to file a case against an online trader in an EU country.
