This free mobile app is the ideal travel companion for holidays in the EU, Iceland and Norway. It helps travellers in Europe to cope with stressful situations abroad and to exercice their consumer rights in the language.
The rental car in Spain is much more expensive than you thought? There is a problem with the hotel you are staying in in Belgium? You bought a product in Sweden but it doesn't work? The app "ECC-Net: Travel" is a travel companion for countries of the European Union as well as Iceland and Norway. It helps consumers to deal with difficult situations during their holiday abroad and to express and exercise their consumer rights. Besides holiday trips this app is also useful on business trips as well as during study stays.
With this app, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) provides assistance in 25 different languages. Consumers will receive information about their rights for typical situations and relevant phrases in the language of their holiday destination.

This App works offline which means that the user does not need to be online abroad once the App is installed on the smartphone/ tablet.
