helps consumers in case of problems with an online trader on condition that

  • the consumer or the trader comes from Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Schleswig-Holstein or Brandenburg

or

  • the complaint was filed via the trust mark "Trusted Shops", the DEVK (legal expense insurance) or the Bundesverband Direktvertrieb Deutschland e.V.
