
Sending Parcels in the EU: high prices do not mean high speed. This is the conclusion of an analysis led by the European Consumer Centres (ECC) in 13 Member States under the control of the ECC Kiel. 10 of altogether 260 parcels sent simultaneously on September 14 to abroad still had not reached their destination on November 15.
